Power and Light Controller PLC-4 "professional" and PLC-C "compact"

doctorseyes presents the two brightest ringlight systems for continuous illumination in the world. The brightness has been increased for about 30 % in comparison to former ringlight systems. The new microprocessor enables steady illumination with less power consumption as in the past. On the PLC 4 the brightness can be adjusted in 12 steps and has a special ultrabright option to gain more depth of focus. In order to give more plasticity to the teeth some sections of the led lights can be shut off.
The LCD display shows which settings have been activated and it also has 2 memory buttons where the preferred settings can be stored so the user can recall them at any time.
Both controllers can manage the ringlights from size 52 up to 86.
The systems are controlled by a microprocessor and it has quick charge as well as trickle charging operations.

Continuous light versus flash

Having a continuous light while composing and focusing your dental picture comes with enormous advantages over flash-based systems. First, one can focus faster and more precisely and unwanted reflections can be more easily noticed and avoided by slightly changing the angle. The camera measures the light through the lens as with a regular daylight exposure. Therefore, it is not required to work with manually altered shutter speeds and aperture values. The doctorseyes System enables macro shots that used to only be possible with a considerable amount of effort and photographic know-how.
